I realize that most clients have their own 9-5 jobs, and don't necessarily have the opportunities to discuss their loan options during normal business hours. I am willing to meet and discuss these particulars nights and weekends to make sure you are involved and in-the-know with what is going on with your purchase or refinance. Also, in most cases I can issue a pre-approval in as little as 20 minutes, giving you the opportunity to by the home you want, when you want.

Expertise: I pride myself on staying at the forefront of the lending industry and know what loan programs work with an individual's unique lending scenario. I also provide options to all my clients to make sure we plan out how we can best make their mortgage work for them. When reviewing your scenario, if it doesn't make sense to obtain new financing, I will be honest and tell you then and there. I would rather build a life-long relationship with you than make a quick buck on one loan
